Refund policy

At FUEGO, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, chang of mind, or buyer's remorse. However, we gladly replace items that arrived damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect at no cost to you.

Damage or Defective Items

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email us at spreadfuego@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or misprint

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or refund your order.

You do not need to return the damaged item to us. 

Wrong Size or Buyer's Remorse

Because each product is printed when ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference issues
  • Accidental orders

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. 

Order Not Received

If your tracking shows your order is stuck, lost, or undelivered, contact us and we will assist in investigating and replacing your order if necessary. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please send clear photos of: 

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • Any visible shipping damage

We will process a replacement once verified.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or cards provider.
